RETURN POLICY
Returns via Mail
Nirvananyc.com will credit your payment for a returned item:
1. If the item is received by Nirvana within 14 days of the shipping date; and
2. The returned item is undamaged and unopened (still in its original packaging).
 
Nirvananyc.com will exchange an item that was erroneously shipped to you for the correct item or will credit your payment:
1. If the item is received by Nirvana within 14 days of the shipping date; and The returned item is undamaged and unopened (still in its original packaging).
 
Nirvananyc.com will exchange a defective item for a new copy of the same item or will credit your payment:
1. If the item is received by Nirvananyc.com within 14 days of the shipping date; and The item is returned with all of its original packaging and contents.
 
In addition to the requirements above, items must be returned to the return address included with your order providing the reason for your return, the nature of any defect, and the original order invoice. Please allow up to three weeks for returns to be processed. We will notify you via email of your credit or exchange. If you paid by money order, you will receive a refund. If you paid by credit card, you will receive a credit to that account. Nirvananyc.com recommends that you send your returned items via an insured carrier.
